These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Structure (the "App"), operated by Harage Group Inc ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Structure is a general fitness and nutrition tool and is not directed at children.
Structure provides personalised workout plans, food guidance, and progress tracking based on information you provide. Structure is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition, injury, or are pregnant.
Macro and calorie estimates — including photo-based food logging — are estimates, not precise measurements. We aim for reasonable accuracy but cannot guarantee exact values.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Structure may offer paid subscription plans. Where applicable, pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be clearly shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the payment provider's portal.

You retain ownership of any data you provide (such as food photos, weight logs, or feedback). By submitting this content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the App's features to you — for example, analysing a food photo to estimate macros.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harage Group Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any health outcomes related to following a plan generated by the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
